Taj Mahal - September 30th

A 3am start on our journey to the Taj Mahal . After a pretty bumpy, sleepless 3 hour ride we arrived in the town of Agra...

..and finally for September 29th, the Jama Masjid shrine.

A view of the venue which will host the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as the athletics competition...home to Dan and I for a week or so.

A chance to sample the sights, sounds and smells of this chaotic city- wandering the back streets with Julian and Dan we were able to witness everyday life of people in South Delhi.

A chance to see some of Delhi, a ride in an 'auto-rickhaw', the MPC, the chaotic roads and tryng to negotiate throught the crowds...

It's that time again...another adventure and another blog - this time from the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi. Who knows what to expect this is sure to be an eye-opening and vastly different experience to anything I've worked on before.
